A Darwin family business, hosting since 2018.

Zen Luxury Retreats started in 2018 with a single Darwin apartment and a simple idea: a stay should feel like home, run like a hotel, and connect you to the place you're in. Eight years and 30,000 guests later, we manage 90+ homes across Darwin City, the Waterfront, Nightcliff, the Northern Suburbs and Palmerston — from everyday apartments to signature retreats with pools and harbour views.

We're family-owned and locally operated. Our ground team lives here. Our reservations team answers seven days. And because we're local, we do more than hand over keys: we host corporate crews and relocating families, look after properties for owners who trust us with their biggest asset, and connect guests with the Darwin businesses we're proud to call partners.
