Our commitment
We are a Darwin family business, and the way we host reflects that. We buy from local suppliers, stock amenities made in the Territory, and commission work from Darwin artisans and Indigenous artists wherever we can. The experiences we recommend are ones we have used ourselves — tours, transfers, restaurants and clubs run by people we know by name. When a guest asks what to do with a spare afternoon, they get a local answer rather than a search result. The effect is simple: guests stay a little longer, spend more of that time and money in the Top End, and leave with a sense of the place instead of a photo of a pool. That is the standard we hold ourselves to as an operator.

Quietly handled, start to finish
For milestone celebrations, private groups and guests who would rather not manage the details.
One senior host takes your brief and stays with it from first call to final departure. We hold the home, arrange the arrival, brief the chef, book the boat, stock the kitchen and time each part of the stay so nothing needs chasing while you are here.
It suits proposals and anniversaries, a family flying in from several cities, a board or executive visit, a wedding party spread across two or three homes, and guests who simply value discretion. Staffing, transfers, security, styling, florals and photography can all be arranged privately.

Zen Preferred Partners are a small, deliberately short list of Territory operators — tours, transfers, dining, wellness, makers and clubs — whose work we know first-hand and whose ethos matches ours: locally owned wherever possible, genuinely good at what they do, and reliable with a guest who has travelled a long way.
Partners are recommended by name through our team and our concierge, featured in guest arrival information and stay guides, considered first for our experience packages and corporate and VIP itineraries, and given a direct line to our reservations team for referred guests. There is no fee to apply and no exclusivity required.
